the miniclub activities proved to be a hit with our kids as they enjoyed the organized games and creative playtime. the staff was attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious, clean, and included a bathroom that was well-maintained. the hotel amenities such as the pool bar, and beachfront lounges added a touch of luxury to our vacation.
The only downfall was the lack of sound insulation in some of the rooms.

All activities, which were registered were canceled - cycling, water aerobics, and air gun shooting. The food was the school level.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, nestled in a beautiful pine forest right by the coast. The views were breathtaking and it felt like a true oasis. The service was top-notch, with room service available at all times and car hire and laundry services for convenience. The room amenities were also impressive, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and a balcony to enjoy the views from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities are all top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

With a small train ride to Umag
This time the tables serving drinks was not included, the staff was not as friendly as before 14 days. Also, because of rain, there was no self service by the pool.

Food quality very average. For the all inclusive drinks, you have to wait for long waiting lines. The all inclusive drinks are only local acohool and few sodas.

Great view and good food. Surrounded by nature and close to the sea.
Rooms were outdated and dirty. Many facilities were broken, and staff was uninterested in helping.

Beach Close & All Inclusive Offered the hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach which was very convenient. the all-inclusive package was quite a good deal, providing food and drinks without any extra charges.
Poor Service & Low-Quality Unfortunately, the service provided by the staff was quite poor, far from what should be expected in a hotel of this category. the overall quality of the facilities and amenities was low and could use some improvements.

The hotel is ok, a normal 3-4stars, the only issue is their restaurant self-service(). It simple does not have the capacity to serve so many guests (I guess on the weekend we were there there was around 80% occupation), so there were really loooong queues especially for warm dishes. It happened the same on dinner and breakfast- and we tried different timing. Very poor customer experience...
